Kanishka Padidilian is a dynamic and accomplished business leader with a strong background in education, trade, and investment. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) and has over a decade of experience in senior management roles across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
From 2010 to 2016, Kanishka served as a Senior Manager in the private education sector in Sri Lanka, followed by his tenure as Senior Director, Trade and Investment at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, where he played a key role in strengthening trade and investment relations for the Australian Federal Government in South Asia. Most recently, he was the Senior Regional Manager at Flinders University, overseeing strategic initiatives across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Currently based in Melbourne, Victoria, Kanishka is pursuing a Migration Law degree at Victoria University while actively driving innovation in the education sector. He is the founder of Beehive Education, an emerging EdTech startup, and Eskay Education, a consultancy and business advisory firm specializing in education and investment strategy. His expertise, strategic vision, and leadership continue to make a significant impact in the global education and business landscape.
